Отчет. День 35 (in English language).
Its for yesterday, because internet is not working.
1. Просыпаться каждый день в 6 утра, делать 12 повторений сурья намаскар и 7-минутную интервальную тренировку
50/50. I woke up at 5 a.m., all trainings is not completed… If Kalachakra was not so early, maybe I would do it…
2. Каждый день медитировать минимум 30 минут
Done. Some time in Kalachakra, some - tonight in Buddhist temple near the Shanti stupa.
3. Читать полезную литературу минимум 30 минут в день
Done. I beginning a new book (together with my book Anastasia) about Ayurveda, “The pure beauty” indian writer and a doctor Pratima Raichur
4. После 17-00 есть только сырую еду.
Done. Vegetable dinner.
5. Узнавать каждый день что-то новое.
Failed.
6. Развивать наш с [id29590701|Машей] видео-проект [club72917213|Где Есть Поесть]
Failed.
7. Заниматься изучением английского минимум 30 минут в день
Failed. And I want to make anything about this point, and I think, that a good idea has a write this report in English. Sorry about some mistakes, my English is not so good (and I don’t use translator! It is a victory for me))) But little bit words I ask for my native speaker friend))
8. Читать две мантры каждый день минимум по одному кругу каждую
Done. Three circles for many times.
9. Есть сладкое только до 12 часов дня.
Failed. It’s the most difficult point in my list :(
10. Развивать проект «Кусочек мира». Переименовала пункт в более конкретный :)
Done. Today I bought some things, and have been in the post office, but, because it is indian post, the computer is not working (two weeks already!), and I need to go to the far main post office, but the working times is same, that hours our Kalachakra lections… And I have a really interesting quest for the name is “find in India the box for a parcel”))) After today, I made many new indian friends, the owners of some shops. Who gave me a boxes, but it is too small for the thigs, I want to send :(
The only thing, I want right now – is to go to sleep!
