— Еще у вас есть песня «Теплые впечатления» — там такая утопия выведена, как если бы в России все стало хорошо. Вы его когда сочиняли?
— В два этапа. Там есть первый куплет, где описывается текущее негативное настроение народа в России. Я его написал, когда искренне сам находился в состоянии этого негативизма и хотел исследовать, почему все так хреново и беспросветно. А через полгода понял, что если так оставить, песня получится вредная. И решил ее так развить — вдруг неожиданным и как будто само собой разумеющимся образом положение улучшается и всем все начинает нравиться.
— И почему все так хреново? Это из-за каких-то внутренних свойств страны?
— Нет, ну такую песню можно было бы и обо всем мире писать — просто мы же граждане России. Но хреново по тем же самым причинам. Все любят критиковать, замечать негативные стороны и не пытаются сами улучшаться при этом. Вот и все.— Я к тому, что сейчас, конечно, эта песня неизбежно воспринимается в контексте Болотной площади и прочих протестных событий.
— Я собирался на митинг, да — просто не получилось. Это тот минимум, который люди, не согласные с тем, что правящие круги, у которых есть все возможности, правят неэффективно, могут сделать. Надо выйти и присоединиться к обществу, которое не собирается молчать. Но это все… Оно же может происходить как угодно — и новый президент может прийти, и старый остаться. По большому счету, это без разницы. Пока люди сами не переломят собственные недостатки, ничего не изменится.
— Ну все-таки история не знает таких примеров, чтобы все и сразу переломили.
— Почему? Ведь было же в Индии, Махатма Ганди очень хорошо увлек массы этой идеей.
— То есть все-таки нужен лидер, получается? Кстати, на митинг сходить у вас еще будет возможность.
— И я приду. Я за смену власти, хотя, еще раз подчеркиваю, — это все мелочи. Положительных изменений не произойдет, пока не улучшатся сами люди. Но если б появился отличный светлый лидер, было б круто.
— Но вы его пока не видите.
— Ну… Может, Навальный? (Смеется.) Мы его, кстати, даже собирались звать в наш клип «Сочиняй мечты», но так и не собрались. Наверное, это даже и хорошо — получился неполитизированный клип. А так бы либо говорили, что все Кремлем проплачено, либо что американцами.
