Переустройство районов целиком в Петербурге, 8.000.000 m2, делает частная компания в сотрудничестве с администрацией города. Испанская компания берет на себя контроль над архитектурным проектом и проджект-менеджмент выполнения работ. Проект уже находится в первой фазе, испанцы вступают во второй фазе, уже скоро.
Проект большой, поэтому набирают техников, архитекторов или инженеров,
- со знанием программы BIM (Building Informtaion Modeling, новая форма работы на некоторых платформах: Revit Microstation,etc,.., при которой здание строится в процессе его рисования)
- английский и русский язык
- условия контракта обсуждаемы.
