Анатолий Гавриков: «Черной металлургии в России скоро не будет»
Ковровский механический завод относится к госкорпорации «Росатом». Мы производим разделительное оборудование для обогащения урана для нужд комбинатов.
Основная проблема, с которой мы постоянно сталкиваемся в последнее время – это постоянное уменьшение количества поставщиков материалов. Большущая проблема это во всей стране. Закрываются производства, закрываются предприятия. К сожалению, качество материалов, которые на рынке сейчас имеется, на российском рынке, оно постоянно ухудшается. Мы это наблюдаем последние пять лет, и это очень видно. А это все влияет, соответственно, на себестоимость нашей выпускаемой продукции, и, как следствие, на киловатт электроэнергии, который вырабатывают атомные станции, в том числе.
И вторая проблема, с которой мы тоже последнее время сталкиваемся при развитии производства, у нас, к сожалению, отсутствует поток квалифицированных кадров. Это, в основном, по рабочим профессиям. У нас уже последние 20 лет практически не готовят профессии рабочие по металлорежущему оборудованию, это наладчики, операторы и так далее. Предприятие вынуждено их готовить самостоятельно. Соответственно, это также влияет на себестоимость выпускаемой продукции, на количество работающего персонала. И, к сожалению, средний возраст персонала по нашему предприятию постоянно растет год от года.
И как, наверно, обращение к Торгово-промышленной палате – это все-таки повлиять на экономику, в части именно поставщиков материалов и комплектующих, в части черной металлургии, в первую очередь. Черной металлургии скоро в России не будет. К этому идет.
На «Ижстали» были буквально два месяца назад. «Ижсталь» из того производства, которое обеспечивало полстраны, осталось процентов 20 примерно. Так же и КРАМЗ, так же и все предприятия по алюминиевому прокату, то есть очень плохая ситуация.

The main problem that we constantly face recently is the constant decrease in the number of suppliers of materials. A huge problem is in the whole country. Production is closing, enterprises are closing. Unfortunately, the quality of materials that are currently available on the market, on the Russian market, is constantly deteriorating. We have been observing this for the last five years, and this is very visible. And this all affects, accordingly, the cost of our products, and, as a result, the kilowatt of electricity generated by nuclear power plants, including.
And the second problem, which we also have recently encountered in the development of production, we, unfortunately, lack a stream of qualified personnel. This is mainly for workers. For the past 20 years, workers in metal-cutting equipment have practically not trained the profession for us, these are adjusters, operators, and so on. The company is forced to cook them on their own. Accordingly, this also affects the cost of production, the number of employees. And, unfortunately, the average age of the personnel in our company is constantly growing year by year.
