Дорогие мамы! Особенно те, кто хотел бы танцевать со мной (и с детьми).
В ближайшее время я планирую два события (или два цикла событий для мам с детьми =). "Первое" - это маленькие танцевальные встречи на юге города, и "Второе" - это более крупные танцевальные события для мам с детьми в более удобной территориальной доступности. "Второе" совсем скоро мы с ещё одной чудесной дивой анонсируем и впустим в жизнь, а пока что немного о "первом"...
Я приглашаю вас в пространство, где мы будем обращать внимание на себя, позволяя себе дышать и двигаться, отпускать себя в танец. Нет, здесь не будет какой-то чёткой техники, я не буду говорить, куда нужно поставить ногу и как взмахнуть рукой, но я буду предлагать вам самим включиться в процесс поиска, найти в себе эту пульсацию. Я буду вести вас по пути, давать образы, возможно иногда мы будем помогать друг другу прикосновением; возможно, иногда наш танец будет просто позволением быть в пространстве. Возможно, мы будем танцевать вместе с детьми, включая их в танец, а, может быть, дети будут сами по себе, и мы будем разрешать себе погружаться в свои ощущения, будем пытаться соединиться с собой, одновременно включая многозадачность наблюдения за ребенком, а может быть это даст нам импульс поискать танец в том, что делает наш малыш. Или мы будем пытаться успокоить малыша и одновременно пытаться ловить свой танец? =) У меня нет чёткого ответа, но я верю, что это будет интересный эксперимент в тёплом уютном пространстве и хорошей компании =)
Да, опыт движения (или его отсутствие) не имеет значения.
О ведущей (обо мне =) - если очень кратко, я танцую с детства, много разного; сейчас это в большей степени Contemporary dance и импровизация. И сейчас я мама полуторагодовалой активной малышки. Подробнее можете спросить лично.

Perhaps we will dance with the children, including them in the dance, and maybe the children will be on their own, and we will allow ourselves to immerse ourselves in our senses, we will try to connect with ourselves, while simultaneously enabling multitasking to observe the child, or maybe perhaps this will give us an impulse to look for a dance in what our baby does. Or will we try to calm the baby and at the same time try to catch our dance? =) I do not have a clear answer, but I believe that it will be an interesting experiment in a warm comfortable space and good company =)
