☮️???? После нескольких дней дискуссий в фейсбуке я пришла к следующим выводам и хочу ими с вами поделиться.
Довольно много людей, мужчин и женщин, которым нравится танцевать сеншуал, когда это делается аккуратно и уважительно. В то время, как есть другая группа людей (в основном женщин) кто любит танцевать бачату, но их раздражает, когда их ведут на чувственные (сеншуал) движения, и многие из-за этого даже бросили танцевать бачату совсем.
Я должна согласиться, что сеншуал очень популярный стиль на танцполах за пределами Латинской Америки, но это не единственный способ танцевать бачату, и точно не основной. В то время как большинство партнеров, когда приглашают девушку танцевать бачату, автоматически считают, что ей нравится сеншуал. Но это не так, и многие девушки просто стесняются сказать об этом и продолжают терпеть, когда их ведут на движения, которые им не нравятся.
Мое предложение воспользоваться опытом танцоров сальсы, которые уже много лет спрашивают партнершу перед танцем о том, какой стиль она предпочитает on1, on2 или Кубу, особенно на смешанных танцполах.
Я не знаю, раздражало ли кого-то из девушек, когда их вели на доминикану или модерну вместо сеншуала. Но откликнулось много девушек из бачата и сальса сообществ, кому не нравятся конкретно сеншуал движения, потому что они считают их слишком интимными, для того чтобы на них вел кажды случайный партнер и это реально затрагивает их чувства.
Mое предложение начать спрашивать “Ты танцуешь сешнуал?” перед тем, как танцевать и вести девушку на волны, движения головой, поддержки, дотрагиваться до ее лица или вести на движения бедрами. Было бы хорошо учить этому учеников.
Я верю, что это принесет гораздо больше понимания, мира, любви и веселья на танцполы! ;)
P.S. Кто-то скажет, что я борюсь против сеншуала. Но не в этом цель. Каждый вправе танцевать, что ему нравится, если это никому не вредит. Те, кому нравится сеншуал, пусть танцуют его сколько им хочется. Но те, кому нравится традиционная / доминиканская бачата, и другие стили, тоже имеют право танцевать именно то, что нравится им.

There are quite a few people, men and women, who like to dance the sensual when this is done neatly and respectfully. While there is another group of people (mainly women) who like to dance bachata, but they are annoyed when they are led to sensual (sensual) movements, and many even abandoned the dance of bachata because of this.
I have to agree that senchual is a very popular style on dance floors outside Latin America, but this is not the only way to dance bachata, and certainly not the main one. While most partners, when they invite a girl to dance bachata, automatically think that she likes the sensual. But this is not so, and many girls are simply embarrassed to say this and continue to endure when they are led to movements that they do not like.
My suggestion is to take advantage of the experience of salsa dancers who have been asking a partner before the dance for many years what style she prefers on1, on2 or Cuba, especially on mixed dance floors.
I don’t know if any of the girls were annoyed when they were taken to the Dominican Republic or Art Nouveau instead of the Sensual. But many girls from the bachat and salsa communities responded who did not like the particular sense of movement, because they consider them too intimate for every casual partner to lead on and this really affects their feelings.
My suggestion is to start asking “Do you dance the cheshnual?” Before dancing and leading the girl to the waves, head movements, support, touching her face or leading her movements with hips. It would be nice to teach this to students.
I believe that this will bring much more understanding, peace, love and fun to the dance floors! ;)
P.S. Someone will say that I am fighting against the sensual. But that is not the purpose. Everyone has the right to dance what he likes if it does no harm to anyone. Those who like the sensual, let them dance it as much as they want. But those who like traditional / Dominican bachata, and other styles, also have the right to dance exactly what they like.
