Вчера скончался великий Владимир Шаинский. Но грустно вовсе не от этого. Композитор давно уже вписал себя в вечность и спокойно в эту вечность ушел. Его уход - это himmlische Freude, небесная радость, а не грусть и не траур. Грустно от другого - от полного и окончательного упадка массовой культуры в России. И в частности, культуры детства. Ни одной хорошей детской песни, сочиненной после эпохи расцвета детской культуры, которая длилась почти ровно столетие - от конца пореформенной эпохи и выпестованных Синодальным училищным советом и земствами норм воспитания детей (1880-е) до эпохи Шаинского и Всесоюзного хора детского радио (1980-е), я не знаю. За последние 25 лет у нас из приличного создан только Лунтик. Где всероссийский детский хор? Музыкальные школы ютятся по всей стране в узких, часто неприспособленных помещениях. Кружки все платные. Хоров очень мало. Дети не поют, мало играют. В это не вкладывается государство. Таковы приоритеты. Вот от этой реальности грустно. А в память о Шаинском - лучшая, на мой взгляд, в мелодическим смысле его детская песня про Облака (в исполнении приятной уху с детства Клары Румяновой).

Not a single good children's song composed after the heyday of children's culture, which lasted almost exactly a century, from the end of the post-reform era and the norms for raising children fostered by the Synodal School Council and Zemstvos (1880s) to the era of the Shainsky and All-Union Children's Radio Choir (1980s ), I do not know. Over the past 25 years, only the Luntik has been created from the decent. Where is the all-Russian children's choir? Music schools huddle across the country in narrow, often inappropriate rooms. Mugs are all paid. There are very few choirs. Children do not sing, play a little. The state does not invest in this. These are the priorities. It’s sad from this reality. And in memory of Shainsky - in my opinion, the best in his melodic sense is his children's song about Clouds (performed by a pleasant ear from childhood by Klara Rumyanova).
