На сайте Обещания, рассмотрены кандидаты в губернаторы СПб.
Обещаний там почти нет, кроме Полтавченко. Рассмотрим их:
Всего бывший губернатор завершил обещания 12 раз
( 2/3 выполнено, (!) - это что лично я слышал ):
+ Выплатим по 5 миллионов чемпионам Сочи-2014 и их тренерам
+ Сохраним память о Стругацких в названии улицы (!)
+ Обеспечим младших школьников бесплатными учебниками
+ Буду лично очищать наш город от мусора
+ Не отдадим 31-ю больницу судьям (!)
+ Подарим квартиру семье, в которой родился 5-миллионный житель города (!)
- С новой площадкой под зоопарк определимся до конца лета (!)
- Если мемориальная доска Урицкому не найдется, сделаем другую
- Стадион на Крестовском достроят в 2013 году (!)
- Предстоящий отопительный сезон пройдет без серьезных аварий (зима 2012-2013).

Continuing the theme of elections ...
On the website of the Promise, candidates for governors of St. Petersburg are considered.
There are almost no promises there, except for Poltavchenko. Consider them:
In total, the former governor completed his promises 12 times
(2/3 completed, (!) - this is what I personally heard):
+ We will pay 5 million for Sochi 2014 champions and their coaches
+ Let's keep the memory of the Strugatsky in the name of the street (!)
+ Provide elementary students with free textbooks
+ I will personally clean our city of garbage
+ We will not give the 31st hospital to judges (!)
+ Give the apartment to the family in which the 5 millionth resident of the city was born (!)
- We’ll determine the new site for the zoo until the end of summer (!)
- If there is no memorial plaque to Uritsky, we’ll do another
- The stadium on Krestovsky will be completed in 2013 (!)
- The upcoming heating season will pass without serious accidents (winter 2012-2013).
