"Перегибы и изломы" в жизни компании.
Наверное здорово было бы сказать, что мы с первых дней действуем безошибочно, и точно знаем направление в котором не идем, а бежим, и каждое следующее действие лучше предыдущего.
Но открою Вам большую тайну. ????
Это вовсе не так. Мы совершили огромное количество ошибок, создавая компанию «Рус Ремонт» и программные продукты, которые разрабатываются гибко под процессы и ценности на которых строится компания. Наверное за время существования «Рус Ремонт» мы совершили все мыслимые ошибки, которые только было возможно совершить предоставляя клиентам продукт «ремонт помещений».
1) Неверная система мотивации
2) Ошибались в людях, которых брали в команду, потенциал не раскрывался, а время было потеряно.
3) Попадали в кассовые разрывы.
4) Ошибались с отношением и добропорядочностью прорабов
5) Контролем хода ведения объектов и сроков.
…
Это только очень короткий список наиболее часто встречавшихся ошибок.
Их было очень много, и каждый раз, когда что-то шло не так, мы задавали себе вопрос: ....

Kinks and kinks in the life of the company.

Probably during the existence of Rus Repair, we made all conceivable mistakes that could only be made by providing customers with the product “repair of premises”.
1) Incorrect motivation system
2) They were mistaken in the people who were taken to the team, the potential was not revealed, and time was lost.
3) Caught in cash gaps.
4) Wrong with the attitude and integrity of the foremen
5) Monitoring the progress of facilities and deadlines.
