Подразделение, которое исполняет обещания.

Разговаривая с руководителем одной очень яркой и известной, своим отношением к клиентам и искренним сервисом, на рынке Москвы компании. Прозвучало прекрасное описание функций существующих в компании.
Александр, в этой зоне у нас отделы которые «раздают обещания» колл-центр, отдел продаж и др., а в этой зоне у нас отделы которые «исполняют обещания».
Здорово!
Если бы в большем количестве компаний, был четкий подход, что должны быть те кто «исполняет обещания», то уровень продукта на ремонтном рынке был бы гораздо лучше. Ну а пока, это есть пространство для Нас :)
Чтобы «изменить здесь все» :)
Поэтому подразделение производства у себя в компании, мы называем «людьми, которые исполняют обещания», они улыбаются и смущаются от этого) Тут уже хочешь не хочешь, но клиент оказывается в центре. И работа всего отдела производства, удовлетворить желания клиентов в красивом ремонте.

Есть и другие функции и детали работы отдела «исполнения обещаний».
Они регулярно пересматриваются, появляются новые предложения, что еще можно улучшить для удобства клиента. Процесс живой. Выполняется. Перестраивается. Улучшается.
Важен подход с которым это реализовывается.
Именно от того, как он исполняется, зависит то, насколько видение и цели в больших масштабах соединяются с «землей» и реальным рынком.
Не бойтесь быть иными.
Что-то менять.
Бросать вызов.
Все получится! Вы можете!

A unit that fulfills promises.
Business Camp: A series of posts describing the activities of Rus Repair
Talking with the head of a company that is very bright and famous for its attitude to customers and sincere service on the Moscow market. An excellent description of the functions existing in the company was given.
Alexander, in this zone we have departments that “give promises” to the call center, sales department, etc., and in this zone we have departments that “keep promises”.

If in more companies there was a clear approach that there should be those who “keep their promises”, then the level of the product in the repair market would be much better. In the meantime, this is a space for Us :)
