Один и тот же напиток в абсолютно идентичных бутылках, продается и в Австрии, и в Германии. Производится все это в одном и том же месте в Австрии.
А штрих-коды на бутылках несовместимые. Соответственно, австрийские бутылки не принимаются в Германии, а немецкие бутылки не принимаются в Австрии.
Это ж значит, нужно было специально наладить наклейку разных этикеток для разных стран.
То ли разные стандарты в автоматах по приему бутылок, то ли это чтобы не получилась упущенная выгода, если напиток будет куплен в одной стране, а бутылка сдана в другой.
Система и там, и там работает одинаково. Покупаешь напиток, цена состоит из двух частей - стоимость напитка и стоимость бутылки (Pfand).
Стоимость бутылки можно вернуть, сдав ее в автомат.
Но вот как оказалось, только в пределах страны, где напиток был куплен.
И я бы еще понял, что нельзя сдать французские или итальянские бутылки - насколько я знаю, там нет такой системы вообще. А вот что нельзя сдать из соседней страны, где такая система есть - это было чуть более удивительно.
Зачем сдавать? У меня мусорка с урной для пластика очень далеко находится, проще в магазин унести. Ну и 5 бутылок получаются примерно 1.5 евро (которые, если не хочется мелочиться, можно опустить в специальный ящик для пожертвований рядом с автоматом).
