Почему мы граждане СССР или почему мы не граждане РФ

Мы ГРАЖДАНЕ СССР... я (мы) признаемся гражданином РФ на основании части 1 статьи 13 Закона РФ «О гражданстве Российской Федерации» от 27.11.1991 года, согласно которой гражданами Российской Федерации признаются все граждане бывшего СССР, постоянно проживающие на территории РФ на день вступления в силу настоящего Закона – 06.02.1992, если в течение одного года после этого дня не заявят о своём нежелании состоять в гражданстве Российской Федерации.
Но, простите, 27.11.1991 года никакой РФ ещё не было. Была РСФСР в составе СССР. Т.е. 27.11.1991 года был принят Закон РСФСР «О гражданстве РСФСР», а не Закон РФ «О гражданстве Российской Федерации». Т.е. здесь совершается преступление - подлог нормативного акта….Нас убеждают, что Закон РФ «О гражданстве Российской Федерации» вступил в силу 06.02.1992 года , т.е. с момента его опубликования.
…..И здесь совершает подлог, ибо 06.02.1992 года в «Российской газете» №30(366) был опубликован не текст Закона РФ «О гражданстве Российской Федерации», а текст Закона РСФСР «О гражданстве РСФСР», причём, не подлинный – в том виде как был принят депутатами Верховного Совета РСФСР 27.11.1991 года, а отредактированный с учётом замечаний Президента РФ Ельцина Б.Н. в связи с прекращением существования СССР https://cloud.mail.ru/public/2Ldh/ho6XbcSyy
…..А каким нормативным актом были внесены редакционные изменения в текст Закона РСФСР «О гражданстве РСФСР» от 27.11.1991 года?

…..А законно ли это? Нет. А почему? А потому что изменения в законы вносятся исключительно законами, а не постановлениями.
….Факт же того, что в «Российской Газете» был опубликован не подлинный, а отредактированный текст Закона РСФСР «О гражданстве РСФСР» доказывается просто.
…Читаем часть 1 статьи 13 опубликованной редакции закона, которая гласит: «Гражданами Российской Федерации признаются все граждане бывшего СССР, постоянно проживающие на территории РФ на день вступления в силу настоящего Закона…»
…..Но фразы «граждане бывшего СССР» в подлинном тексте Закона РСФСР «О гражданстве РСФСР» быть не могло, поскольку 27.11.1991 года ещё действовали все органы советской власти СССР и РСФСР, а Беловежский сговор ещё не состоялся.
…..А вот когда 08.12.1991 года состоялся Беловежский сговор, тогда и начались подлоги с внесением редакционных правок в Закон РСФСР «О гражданстве РСФСР» и в нём появилась фраза о «гражданах бывшего СССР».
…..Таким образом, подлинный текст Закона РСФСР «О гражданстве РСФСР» от 27.11.1991 года никогда не был опубликован и никогда не вступал в силу.
….Т.е. все правовые основания признания граждан СССР гражданами РФ, на которые ссылаются представители РФ. подложные. Т.о. никаких граждан РФ из «бывших граждан СССР» НИКОГДА не возникало.
….Как следствие, в РФ нет никаких своих граждан РФ, за исключением Жерара Депардье, Роя Джонса и Стивена Сигала, которые приобрели гражданство РФ в другом – заявительном порядке.
…..А раз нет граждан РФ, то нет ни президента РФ, ни депутатов ГД и СФ РФ, ни чиновников, ни судей, ни прокуроров, ни полицейских, ни фсбэшников…а есть лица, ЗАМЕЩАЮЩИЕ должность...... А теперь самое главное---Закон о гражданстве РСФСР подписан кем?.. Президентом РСФСР.
В соответствии с законом о президенте РСФСР - президентом РСФСР может быть ГРАЖДАНИН РСФСР, которого ВЫБРАЛ народ...
1. Кто и когда его выбирал?
2. Если закона о гражданстве РСФСР нет, то ... как некое лицо могло быть президентом РСФСР не будучи его гражданином?...-------таким образом, у нас украли нашу жизнь! как был СССР--так и остался!
