Два месяца они не могут решить банальный вопрос о присоединении карты к личному кабинету. Написано примерно овердохрена заявлений, проведено примерно 18 часов в очередях и эффекта ровно ноль. Контактный центр не может ответить ни на один вопрос, так как это не в их компетенции, но зато чудесно вопит, что никакой информации у них нет. Девочки с отделения пишут километры заявлений, но такое ощущение, что все эти заявления тут же относятся в туалет.
Итог: никто ни за что не отвечает, никто ничего не знает, а простейшая операция до сих пор не выполнена.
Вы там совсем охренели что ли??? Совсем мозги плесенью покрылись. О чем это я, их там и не было отродясь.
