Свердловские туристы, сильно избитые во время отдыха в Турции персоналом 5-звездочного отеля Azura Deluxe Resort & Spa Hotel, намерены требовать компенсации от туроператора ANEX Tour. Как рассказал Znak.com один из избитых туристов — 23-летний житель Верхней Пышмы Никита Зудов, сегодня они обратились к туроператору с претензией на действия работников отеля и потребовали возврата денег, потраченных на путевку.
«Мне не надо компенсации за то, что меня обидели. Я хочу вернуть деньги, потраченные на путевку, и мне надо знать, что люди, которые нас избивали, наказаны. Если их уволили, я хочу получить официальный ответ. Отель должен предоставлять своим гостям безопасность, а нас избил персонал», — негодует молодой человек. Отдых в отеле обошелся Никите и его девушке в 120 тыс. рублей.
Также пострадавшие написали заявление в полицию Верхней Пышмы и сняли полученные побои.
Избиение молодых людей произошло в отеле Azura Deluxe Resort в ночь на 24 сентября. Там Никита отдыхал со своей девушкой Еленой, а также с двумя супружескими парами друзей.
Никита рассказывает, что в целом к отелю не было претензий, кроме отношения некоторых сотрудников. «К примеру, ты подходишь к бару, бармен, видя, что ты из России, нагрубит, нальет чего-нибудь другого, вместо того, что ты заказывал, если начнешь возмущаться, швырнет стакан в твою сторону. Туристы из России могли по часу ждать бокал пива у бара. Один раз на наших глазах бармен грубо обслуживал российских девушек. Напрямую говорил им, что россияне — стремная нация и все российские девушки легкодоступные, а мужики — вечно пьяное быдло. Позиция у персонала такая», — говорит Никита.
В один из последних вечеров своего отдыха молодые люди на рецепшен провожали пару друзей из Дюссельдорфа и, пользуясь случаем, решили написать претензию на действия бармена. Один из сотрудников отеля, до этого куривший кальян в холле, услышав просьбу Никиты, начал кричать и хватать уральца за горло.
На подмогу ему сбежался другой персонал отеля. В итоге на Никиту и его друга Николая напала толпа работников отеля, они начали избивать молодых людей. Девушка Никиты также пыталась разнимать дерущихся, в итоге ее ударили по лицу, а также оставили на теле многочисленные синяки и ссадины. Еще один друг Никиты — Евгений — тоже разнимал дерущихся, но серьезных травм не получил, отделавшись синяками.
Позже, не в силах справиться с крепкими уральскими парнями, персонал отеля вооружился деревянными палками и бутылками. Они пытались ими избивать свердловчан и выталкивать их из здания на улицу к бассейну.
«На улице ко мне выбежала моя рыдающая девушка в крови, я ее обнял, стал успокаивать, и в этот момент меня ударили сзади деревянной битой или палкой и несколько человек стали меня попросту забивать, — рассказывает Никита. — Мой друг Николай упал на пол и не мог встать, так как его стали реально забивать ногами». На улице, оглушив Никиту, работники отеля сбросили его в бассейн.
Избиение происходило на глазах других гостей отеля, которые в этот момент еще не спали. Дерущихся пытался разнять отдыхающий из Украины. «Он не лез в драку, но пытался оттаскивать людей, которые нападали на нас с палками и бутылками. Но в итоге ему тоже досталось: его избили у бассейна», — говорит Никита. В результате Никита получил многочисленные гематомы и ушибы, у него разбита голова, врачи в Турции наложили на рану четыре скобки.
После инцидента пострадавшие обратились на рецепшен, просили вызвать полицию и врача, однако менеджеры их игнорировали. В итоге Елена смогла вызвать помощь лишь с рецепшен соседнего отеля.
После драки у молодых людей заблокировали карты-ключи от номеров и отключили платный Wi-Fi. Приехавшие полицейские забрали пострадавших и увезли их в больницу, а позже в участок. В итоге в полиции молодые люди провели 10 часов: часть времени их опрашивали, часть времени они просто сидели, так как не могли вернуться в отель. Позже в отель пустили лишь девушек, они забрали вещи, и их выселили в отель попроще, где они провели 8 часов и вернулись раньше времени домой.
По словам Никиты, в момент драки они не были пьяны. В больнице всех уральцев обследовали на наличие в крови алкоголя.
Молодой человек отмечает, что на отдыхе они в принципе не употребляли большое количество спиртного. «Мы были с девушками, поэтому много не пили. Могли за ужином позволить себе пару бокалов вина. Да если честно, все было цивильно, во всем отеле за время отдыха не было ни одного сильно пьяного человека», — отмечает молодой человек. Он удивляется, что даже если допустить, что туристы были пьяны и неадекватны, почему персонал их избил, а не вызвал сразу полицию?
