У Путина программа есть, и мы по путинской программе живем 18 лет. Но проблема путинской программы в тех самых «но», что в программировании называется Exception или обработка исключений и категорически не приветствуется.

Понятное дело, что при такой гнилой основе путинская программа постоянно дает сбой, и вместо того, чтобы исправить фундаментальные проблемы, Путин использует карманный бешеный принтер, который в лице «Единой России» даже не думает о том, как убрать причины недовольства граждан. Вместо этого запрещают митинги и принимают «пакет Яровой», а все попытки решить проблемы Налогового кодекса заканчиваются тем, что по объему он уже давно превысил «Войну и Мир», при этом противоречий стало только больше.
Кстати говоря, странно слушать критику «20 шагов» Грудинина, что, дескать, там ничего нет про внешнюю политику. Простите великодушно, а у кандидата Путина в 2012 году что было конкретного по таким вопросам как Украина, Сирия, Трамп, санкции? Внешняя политика может быть лишь в двух вариантах: либо президент работает в интересах своей страны, либо продает интересы страны. Никакой другой внешней политики на 6 лет вперед — нет и быть не может. И с этой точки зрения, если все внешнеполитические шаги Путина спокойно и грамотно оценить, то большинство из них были в интересах Путина, его друзей и его рейтинга, но далеко не всегда в интересах, а чаще даже против интересов России.
У Грудинина по этой части мне очень понравилось интервью, где он сказал, что его дико бесит, когда сын, будучи подчиненным, на работе забывается иногда и называет его папой.
