Некоторые люди сидят и ждут подходящих условий для действий. Их оправданием является трудность в преодолении внешней или внутренней среды. Есть люди, которые убеждены в отсутствии возможности инвестирования с "0". Я и сам одно время так думал.
Думал до тех пор, пока на одном из семинаров познакомился с Романом. Роман живет в Москве и купил квартиру за 10 млн рублей без первоначального взноса. Эту квартиру он сдает с прибылью более 60 т.р. в мес. Его способ был следующий: он договорился с продавцом о том, что тот завысит цену продажи и даст ему расписку в получении 2 млн руб в качестве первоначального взноса за квартиру. При этом фактическая стоимость недвижимости составляет 8 млн. В банк он подал заявку на 10 млн с приложенной распиской в 2 млн руб. После банк одобрил оставшуюся часть в 8 млн, что фактически составляло 100% стоимость квартиры.
Этот пример показывает 2 основных вывода:
1) желание добиться цели позволяет найти способ ее реализации (покупка квартиры без первоначального взноса);
2) Общение с другими людьми позволяет получить их ценный опыт и разрушить свои заблуждения.
