Как я опоздал в инвест клуб ????.
Вчера был насыщенный день. Утром достраивал гараж в Девяткино, затем посмотрел другой гараж для покупки, сдал гараж байкерам и после этого поехал в клуб КИПИМ (https://vk.com/invest_realty).
В этом клубе сходу познакомился с Карелиным Андрем. Все было занято ???? и мы, как троечники сели на задний ряд и проболтали всю встречу.
Оказалось Андрей активно занимается субарендой комерческой недвижимости и создал себе пассивный доход в 3 млн руб/мес. Впрочем, первоначально он привлек меня своей открытостью и простотой мышления. Видимо эта открытость и позитив позволяют ему двигаться к новым вершинам. И он показал мне это, дав несколько ценных советов, как улучшить мою сферу. Договорились, что он приедет на закрытие учебного года КИПИМ 26 мая. Я, со совоей стороны, в июне с удовольствием внедрю его идеи в жизнь. Т.к. это позволит получать больший результат при тех же ресурсах????
Вывод: Общайтесь, посещайте встречи, курсы, семинары. Только так, из первых уст практиков можно почерпнуть новую информацию и расширить горизонт своего мышления. Всем отличной недели.
