28 ноября 2015 года доцент кафедры социологии и религиоведения А.В. Гайдуков РГПУ им. А.И. Герцена выступил на панельной дискуссии «Межнациональный и межконфессиональный диалог в России: проблемы и пути решения», проходившей в рамках Всероссийского межнационального студенческого форума «Российский студент – 2015» в Санкт-Петербурге в гостинице «Охтинская». Приведя в пример принцип «единства в многообразии», имеющий значительный потенциал в формировании единой идентичности поликонфессиональной и поликультурной страны, он обратил внимание участников форума на необходимость учитывать количественное соотношение преобладающих в стране и регионах религиозных традиций и культурных норм. Также форум посетили два студента факультета социальных наук. Они получили возможность не только послушать выступления экспертов, представлявших этнические диаспоры Санкт-Петербурга, но и пообщаться с активистами из других регионов, обменяться с ними контактами и подумать о возможности участия с проектами в грядущих подобных мероприятиях.

On November 28, 2015, Associate Professor of the Department of Sociology and Religious Studies A.V. Gaidukov Russian State Pedagogical University named after A.I. Herzen spoke at the panel discussion "Interethnic and Interfaith Dialogue in Russia: Problems and Solutions", which was held as part of the All-Russian Interethnic Student Forum "Russian Student 2015" in St. Petersburg at the Okhtinskaya Hotel. Citing as an example the principle of "unity in diversity", which has significant potential in the formation of a single identity of a poly-confessional and multicultural country, he drew the attention of the forum participants to the need to take into account the quantitative ratio of the prevailing religious traditions and cultural norms in the country and regions. The forum was also attended by two students of the Faculty of Social Sciences. They had the opportunity not only to listen to the speeches of experts representing the ethnic diaspora of St. Petersburg, but also to communicate with activists from other regions, exchange contacts with them and think about the possibility of participating with projects in upcoming similar events.
