Isla del Sol - один из самых крупных островов на озере Титикака. По легенде именно с этого острова вышли первые Инки и объявили себя детьми солнца. На острове нет автомобилей и дорог и жители в основном занимаются сельским хозяйством и рыбной ловлей. Население островов на озере Титикака составляют в основном потомки индейцев аймара, кечуа и урос.

Isla del Sol is one of the largest islands in Lake Titicaca. According to legend, it was from this island that the first Incas came out and declared themselves children of the sun. There are no cars or roads on the island, and the inhabitants are mainly engaged in agriculture and fishing. The population of the islands on Lake Titicaca are mainly descendants of the Aymara, Quechua and Uros Indians.
