#legendamoscow2017 первый день, начали бодренько, закончили за упокой. За упокой командной работы???? 16 место пока. Будем бороться завтра, удачи нам, терпения и воли к победе (ну над собой там или просто do. the best... the best of the best of the best????????). А ещё нам дали накладочки @wodndonerus, очень замечательные. Все то, что мы раньше делали, вырезая тейпы по 15 минут, но уже готовое)) @ Crossfit IDOL Nagatino
