Николай Булаев (первый зампредседателя фракции «Единой России»):
- "...Главное в рассматриваемом законопроекте – не запрет на усыновление, а акцент на то, что сегодня в США приемные родители зачастую проявляют родительскую незрелость и в случаях, когда не справляются с воспитанием, не несут практически никакой ответственности..."
Ольга Тимофеева (депутат Госдумы РФ от «Единой России», член комитета по культуре):
- "...Проконтролировать судьбы усыновленных детей за рубежом сложно, если не сказать невозможно. Контроль осуществляется только первые три года. Дальше органы опеки к детям не имеют никакого отношения. Отсюда и страшная судьба Димы Яковлева..."
Елена Николаева (депутат Госдумы РФ от «Единой России», зампредседателя комитета по жилищной политике и ЖКХ):
- "Этот закон заставляет задуматься о том, почему наших детей увозят за границу, в то время как российские граждане, желающие сделать то же самое, сталкиваются с серьезными трудностями. В развитие этого закона следует провести серьезную работу по созданию условий, позволяющих нашим гражданам усыновлять наших детей в России.."
Павел Астахов (уполномоченный по правам ребенка при президенте РФ):
- "...Прежде всего, нужно восстанавливать кровную семью ребенка. Если это сделать не получается, тогда уже передавать ребенка в хорошо подготовленную приемную семью. Передавать ребенка на иностранное усыновление нужно только в те страны, с которыми заключено двустороннее соглашение и в том случае, если данное государство выполняет его условия..." (США не выполняют)
