Продолжаю историю про мой двор, который я планирую превратить в классное место. Предыстория: vk.com/wall637_5945 и vk.com/wall637_5973.
Позвонили из муниципалитета, предложили встретиться. Сегодня общалась с главой службы по благоустройству. Мы мило поговорили и нарисовали практически готовый проект благоустройства двора, который, надеюсь, будет осуществлён в будущем году. Впрочем, не обошлось без язвительных реплик с его стороны ("Вот ведь Вас к нам на Васильевский занесло"). Не привыкли чиновники к активным гражданам, надо приучать. По просьбам желающих рассказываю подробно про всё.
Оказалось, мой двор не так прост, и не вся его территория в ведении муниципалитета, часть – в собственности, и муниципалы ничего на этом месте делать не могут. Это мой косяк, не проверила сразу, не знала, что так бывает. Поэтому вместо плитки было решено положить новый асфальт, ибо положить плитку только на часть двора как-то не круто.
Я долго рассказывала про хорошие и плохие велопарковки, вроде бы убедила, что то, что изготавливает их любимый "АВЕН", не годится. Записал сайт veloparkk.ru, надеюсь, бумажка не потеряется, и велопарковка у меня во дворе будет что надо.
Мне показали невероятное количество убогих бетонных вазонов всех мастей, размеров и форм. Я робко поинтересовалась, а не бывает ли, может, деревянных, ведь это куда симпатичнее. Кстати, знаете, почему бетонные вазоны в почёте у муниципалов? Их не украдут, слишком тяжёлые! В итоге мы всё же присмотрели (на сайте "АВЕНа", конечно) деревянные вазоны, и я уговорила остановиться на них.
После тщательного выбора вазонов, меня язвительно спросили, может я ещё и цветы выберу ("Давайте, какие скажете, те и посадим"). Не зря год назад я изучала виды растений, одобренных КГА для наших улиц! Выдала названия, чего от меня явно не ожидали :) Впрочем, я добавила, что кохия – это только мои предпочтения, и подойдут любые многолетники, которые они смогут посадить.
Далее последовал выбор скамейки (попроще, главное, чтобы деревянное сидение было). Урну я попросила установить узкую, чтобы в неё нельзя было запихать мешок с мусором (мусорных контейнеров во дворе нет, так что будет велик соблазн не нести мешок лишние 150 метров).
Кое-что из изначального плана пока остаётся неохваченным, по этим пунктам буду писать в УК и другие ведомства. Также надо будет подумать над партизанским озеленением ;)
Пока итогом я довольна, жду официального подтверждения внесения двора в программу на будущий год. Кстати, ещё есть время попросить внести в программу благоустройства и ваш двор! И не говорите потом: «А что, так можно было?» :)

It turned out that my yard is not so simple, and not all of its territory is under the jurisdiction of the municipality, a part is owned, and the municipalities cannot do anything in this place. This is my cant, did not check immediately, did not know that it happens. Therefore, instead of the tile, it was decided to put a new asphalt, because putting tiles on only a part of the yard is somehow not cool.
I’ve talked about the good and bad bicycle parking for a long time, I’m kind of convinced that what their beloved AVEN makes is not good. Recorded the site veloparkk.ru, I hope, the piece of paper will not be lost, and the cycle parking in my yard will be what we need.
I was shown an incredible amount of poor concrete pot of all colors, sizes and shapes. I timidly inquired whether it was wooden, maybe, because it is much nicer. By the way, do you know why concrete vases are honored by municipalities? They will not be stolen, too heavy! As a result, we still looked after (on the AVENA website, of course) wooden flowerpots, and I persuaded them to stop at them.
After a careful selection of flowerpots, I was sarcastically asked, maybe I will also choose flowers ("Let's say what you say, we'll plant them"). Not for nothing a year ago I studied the types of plants approved by the CGA for our streets! She gave out the names, which was clearly not expected of me :) However, I added that kohia are just my preferences, and any perennials that they can plant will do.
This was followed by the choice of benches (simpler, more importantly, that the wooden seat was). I asked the urn to install a narrow one so that it was impossible to cram a bag of garbage into it (there are no garbage containers in the yard, so it would be tempting not to carry the bag extra 150 meters).
Some of the original plan remains uncovered, I will write to the Criminal Code and other departments on these points. You will also need to think about guerrilla gardening;)
While I am satisfied with the result, I am waiting for official confirmation of the inclusion of the yard in the program for the next year. By the way, there is still time to ask for your yard to be included in the improvement program! And do not say later: "And what, was it possible?" :)
