Господи, дай мнѣ с душевным спокойствiем встрѣтить все, что принесет мнѣ наступающiй день.
Господи, дай мнѣ всецѣло и вполнѣ предаться волѣ Твоей Святой.
Господи, на всякiй час сего дня во всем наставь и поддержи меня.
Господи, какiе бы я ни получал извѣстiя в теченiи этого дня, научи меня принять их со спокойной душой и твердым убѣжденiем, что на все есть Твоя Святая воля.
Господи, открой мнѣ волю Твою Святую для меня и окружающихъ меня.
Господи, во всех моих дѣлах, словах и помышленiях Сам руководи моими мыслями и чувствами.
Господи, во всех непредвиденныхъ случаях не дай мнѣ забыть, что все низпослано Тобой.
Господи, научи меня правильно, просто и разъумно обращаться со всеми домашними и окружающими меня, старшими, равными и младшими, чтобы никого не огорчить, но всем содѣйствовать ко благу.
Господи, дай мнѣ перенести утомленiе наступающего дня и все событiя в теченiи этого дня.
Господи, руководи Сам Ты моею волею и научи меня каяться, молиться, вѣрить, надѣяться, терпеть, прощать, любить и благодарить всех.
Господи, не дай меня на произвол врагам моим, но ради имени Твоего Святого Сам води и управляй мною.
Господи, просвѣти ум мой и сердце мое для разъуменiя Твоих вѣчных и неизмѣнных законов, управляющих миром, чтобы я, грѣшный раб Твой, мог правильно служить Тебѣ и ближним моим.
Господи, благодарю Тебя за все, что со мною будет, ибо твердо вѣрю, что любящим Тебя все содѣйствует ко благу.
Господи, благослови все мои выхожденiя и вхожденiя, дѣянiя дѣлъ, слова и помышленiя, удостой меня всегда радостно прославлять, возпѣвать и благославлять Тебя, ибо Ты благословен еси во вѣки вѣков.

Prayer of the Optina Elders
Lord, let me meet with peace of mind everything that the coming day will bring me.
Lord, let me completely and completely surrender to Thy Holy will.
Lord, at every hour of this day instruct and support me in everything.
Lord, whatever I have received during this day, teach me to accept them with a calm soul and firm conviction that everything is Your Holy Will.
Lord, reveal to me Your Holy Will for me and those around me.
Lord, in all my thoughts, words and thoughts, you Himself guide my thoughts and feelings.
Lord, in all unforeseen cases, do not let me forget that everything was sent down by You.
Lord, teach me how to properly, simply and sensibly deal with all my family and those around me, elders, equals and younger ones, so as not to upset anyone, but to help everyone for the good.
Lord, let me bear the weariness of the coming day and all the events during this day.
Lord, guide You Yourself by my will and teach me to repent, pray, lie, hope, endure, forgive, love and thank everyone.
Lord, do not leave me to the mercy of my enemies, but for the sake of the name of Thy Holy One, lead and rule me.
Lord, enlighten my mind and my heart for the understanding of Thy eternal and unchanging laws governing the world, so that I, Thy sinister servant, can rightly serve You and my neighbors.
Lord, I thank You for everything that will happen to me, for I firmly believe that everything works for good to those who love You.
Lord, bless all my exits and entrances, my work, words and thoughts, deign me to always joyfully glorify, rebuke and bless You, for You are blessed forever.
