Горит лес. Горит так, что мало не покажется. Горят ежи, зайцы, лисы, медведи. Горят олени и деревни. Горят цветы, горят бабочки, грибы и шишки. Горят птицы в своих гнёздах. Горит всё, чем богата Россия. Горит Сибирь. Более 100 населённых пунктов в зоне задымления.

Когда горел Нотр-Дам, весь мир со слезами на глазах наблюдал за этим, охая и ахая, а наше правительство обещало вложиться в его восстановление. Когда горят лёгкие нашей страны, реликтовые леса Сибири, плачут только те, кто живёт рядом, и те, кому не все равно. Я смотрю новости - ни слова о том, что горит 3 миллиона гектаров лесов!

А самое ужасное, что никто не тушит эти пожары, потому что "это нецелесообразно и дорого"! Вы представьте только, гибнут животные, задыхаются люди, а правительство решает, что это безопасно и не стоит вкладываться в это мероприятие. Мне хочется плюнуть в лицо представителям власти Красноярского края и Иркутской области, которые, судя по всему, надеются, что пожары скроют реальные объёмы незаконно вырубленных лесов. Пусть это даже будет стоить жизни людям, животным и приведёт к ещё одной экологической катастрофе.
Мне как биологу, который постоянно спасает жизни животных, горько смотреть на все это, понимая масштабы катастрофы. Прошу не молчать, репостить и требовать #потушитепожарысибири !

Let it even cost the lives of people, animals and lead to another environmental disaster.
As a biologist who constantly saves the lives of animals, I bitterly look at all this, understanding the scale of the disaster. Please do not be silent, repost and demand # put out the fires of Siberia!
