СВОИ!
Этот порог я впервые переступила в феврале 2010 года.
И оказалась в ... Хогвартсе!
Да, такая удивительная ассоциация.
Все, что происходило в те месяцы — волшебно.
Дикая смесь из новых знаний, удивительных встреч, огромного количества практической работы.
Бесед, бесед, бесед!
Этого ощущения ... семьи. Единства коллектива. Включенности каждого человека в Единое Дело.
Удивительные, яркие и теплые воспоминания.
Класс. Наша комната для теоретических занятий в Академии. На стенах до сих пор висят фотографии Нашей группы. 2010 год!
Кстати, наш выпуск не был первым. И уже в далеком 10том Академия начала традицию проведения теоретических и практических семинаров для конников.
В том числе, весенний и осенний семинары Ирины Владимировны Лудиной, судьи международного класса по выездке.
Я ничего о ней не знала на тот момент. Ребята закосили лекции, и сбежали на семинар. А я — нет.
И тут у нас началось "Судейство".
Я впервые увидела ее. Своего кумира по сей день.
Тихо и вкрадчиво Ирина Владимировна начала объяснять нам, будущим тренерам и судьям, основы основ. С самой земли. От корней.
О таблице тренинга. О взгляде из судейской будки.
О правильной работе мускулатуры лошади. О... Да много о чем, поразившем мой, абсолютно зеленый на тот момент, мозг.
С тех пор я не пропускала ни одного семинара.
Ни в апреле, ни в ноябре. Не смотря ни на что.
Как сейчас помню, самый первый ;)
Стою у бортика в манеже "Дубков". Глаза горят. В руках блокнот, ручка, камера.
А на манеже.. О Господи! Серпантин с ОБРАТНЫМ ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕМ! Там всадник поворачивает голову лошади в одну сторону, а саму лошадь — в другую!!! Непостижимо! Нереально! Невозожно!
(Есть такое подозрение, что отпечаток моей упавшей челюсти там и по ныне ;)))
И сегодня мы опять ;)

Ирина Владимировна читает теорию своего нового курса "БИОРАЙДИНГ"
Теперь главный герой — ВСАДНИК.
!!! О чем же этот семинар?
- Ты — Тренер! В первую очередь ты Должен Помочь! Вникай в корень проблемы.
- Никогда Деталь мы не можем поставить важнее Целого.
Никогда не цепляемся за мелкие недочеты, если картинка всадник-лошадь органична и приятна.
- Индивидуальные Особенности никто не отменял! Каждый всадник обладает своим неповторимым телосложением. Учимся правильно понимать компенсаторные реакции тела.
- Жесткая коррекция приводит к еще большим проблемам, физическим и психологическим.
Проводим коррекцию мягкими методами.
- Нет такой команды — Расслабься
- Работу необходимо проводииь не только От Мозга К Телу, сколько От Тела — К Мозгу!
Осваиваем инструменты для работы с телом всадника.
И это далеко не все..
А знаешь, что меня до сих пор поражает? Что эти очень простые и понятные вещи я слышу только здесь.
Есть постулаты, которые я даже на холодильник вешаю. Не, не для того, чтобы запомнить. А от того, насколько они мне понятны, близки, созвучны. Глаз радуется.
Ирина Владимировна успевает, кстати, не только нести ликбез в массы, проводить тренировки по всей Ленобласти, судить самые важные соревнования сезона, но и посещать семинары зарубежных топовых всадников (то бишь в Англии, Германии, Финляндии, тк для нее важен первоисточник!)
И когда меня спрашивают — Сашка, кто твой кумир? Твой Селебрити?
Я точно знаю, Кто ;)
А завтра у нас практика.

I first crossed this threshold in February 2010.
And ended up at ... Hogwarts!

A wild mixture of new knowledge, amazing meetings, a huge amount of practical work.
Conversations, conversations, conversations!
This feeling ... family. Unity of the team. The inclusion of each person in the One Cause.
Amazing, vivid and warm memories.
Class. Our room for theoretical studies at the Academy. Pictures of Our group are still hanging on the walls. 2010 year!
By the way, our release was not the first. And already in the distant 10th Academy began the tradition of conducting theoretical and practical seminars for equestrians.
Including the spring and autumn seminars of Irina Vladimirovna Ludina, international dressage judges.
I did not know anything about her at that time. The guys skipped lectures and fled to the seminar. But not me.
And then we began the “Refereeing”.
I first saw her. His idol to this day.
Quietly and insinuatingly, Irina Vladimirovna began to explain the basics to us, future coaches and judges. From the earth itself. From the roots.
About the training table. About the view from the judging booth.
On the proper functioning of the horse's musculature. Oh ... Yes, a lot of things that hit my mind, absolutely green at that time, the brain.
Since then I have not missed a single seminar.
Neither in April nor in November. Despite everything.
As I remember, the very first;)
I stand at the side in the arena "Dubkov". Eyes are burning. In the hands of a notebook, pen, camera.
And in the arena .. Oh Lord! Serpentine with a REVERSE ORDER! There, the rider turns the horse's head in one direction, and the horse itself in the other !!! Incomprehensible! Unrealistic! Impossible!
(There is such a suspicion that the imprint of my fallen jaw is still there;)))
And today we are again;)
