Маме Тане на фото слева всего 56 лет. А справа 61. И она большая молодец. У неё 3-ое детей. Зятя мама Таня тоже считает сыном. Ещё есть муж. И небольшой домик в деревне????
Мама Таня, как все, работает на сидячей и, порой, нервной работе????, отмечает праздники со всей широтой русской души???? и как все постсоветские люди не особо знакома с терминами аэробной нагрузки, тренировки с сопротивлением и схемой подходов-повторов в сете????
Однажды, в многоквартирном доме, где тогда жила мама Таня, начали замену лифтовой кабины. Лифт отключили, и пришлось маме Тане подниматься на 9й этаж пешком????????♀️ Зайдя в квартиру мама Таня вдруг поняла, что поднималась на свой этаж значительно дольше, чем рассчитывала. А всё потому, что тяжело носить на себе лишние 10-12 кг и приходится останавливаться каждые пару этажей, чтобы отдышаться.
Это озадачило маму Таню????. С этого дня она стала замечать за собой пренеприятнейшие изменения????. Пешие прогулки для мамы Тани стали не то, чтобы слишком трудным, она их просто перестала любить. Вдруг самой желанной мечтой для мамы Тани стал сон после обеда????????
Только Мама Таня не тот человек, кто опускает руки. И села мама Таня на диеты????. Она испробовала все, и даже больше, пока просто не обратилась к персональном консультанту по здоровому образу жизни????????????
Следуя всем рекомендациям мама Таня скорректировала вес, улучшила самочувствие до "пешие туристические маршруты наравне с молодыми детьми", теперь она полна сил и энергии????????♀️, и даже ✈️ трансатлантические перелёты мама Таня переносит с небывалый лёгкостью! И с ней не стыдно выставлять фото в соц.сети, потому что она КРАСОТКА????
Всё мы любим своих мам такими, какие они есть. Часто мы перестаём бороться за их самочувствие и внешний вид, хотя нужно искать способы продлить их долголетие и красоту. Волшебство не случается само, его делают волшебники????♂️

Once, in the apartment building, where Tanya's mother lived then, they began replacing the elevator car. The elevator was turned off, and mother Tanya had to go up to the 9th floor on foot ???????? ♀️ Having entered the apartment, mother Tanya suddenly realized that she was going up to her floor much longer than she expected. And all because it is difficult to carry the extra 10-12 kg and you have to stop every couple of floors to catch your breath.
This puzzled mom Tanya ????. From that day on, she began to notice the most unpleasant changes behind herself ????. Hiking for Tanya’s mother was not too difficult, she just stopped loving them. Suddenly, the dream after mother became the most cherished dream for Mama Tanya ????????
