Понятно, что смотреть погоду на неделю вперед стоит только с целью заручиться десятипроцентной вероятностью увидеть солнце на выходных, если они включают еще пятницу и понедельник. Но на день вперед, в целом, уже неплохо показывают.
Я обычно смотрю погоду на Foreca. Вроде бы у Яндекса своя крутая технология, но они показывают только грубо утро-день-вечер.
Мне летом рассказали про сайт Finnish Meteorological Institute - они показывают данные радаров с обновлением каждые 15 минут.
Там есть и прогноз, но он генерируется раз в день и принципиально не лучше других.
А вот если смотреть 15-минутные карты за последние часы http://en.ilmatieteenlaitos.fi/rain-and-cloudiness/southern-finland , то это дает очень хорошую точность. Например, сегодня я благодаря этому смог правильно выбрать время для пробежки - дождь шел с 20 до 23, а в 23 почти прекратился.
Но может быть есть приложение, которое умеет действительно точно показывать погоду на следующий час в масштабах района города?
