На участке 605 в питере, куда я пришел в 19:10 примерно с направлением от кпрф в качестве наблюдателя мне сказали сначала что от кпрф наблюдатель уже есть. Я попросил ознакомиться со списком, т.к. достоверно знал что наблюдателя от кпрф нет, или он фальшивый. Пришла председатель, и забыла байку про то что наблюдатель от кпрф есть. Стала смотреть мои паспорт и направление с якобы намерением зарегистрировать (то есть у них даже не было фальшивого наблюдателя от кпрф, это был блеф).
Она заявила что кроме направления от партии мне якобы нужно какое-то удостоверение от партии, вместе с направлением. Мои попытки ссылаться на закон не увенчались успехом. Якобы требуется удостоверение (выдуманное ими). Далее я сказал чтобы тогда меня зарегистрировали как сми. Она взяла мои документы и прошла громко оглашать всем мол уважаемая комиссия, пришел парень который хотел от кпрф, а когда ему отказали, показал другой документ. Я достал камеру и стал снимать этот процесс. Видимо хотели как-то официально меня удалить. Но когда я начал снимать, на меня напал какой-то хрен из комиссии. Схватил за горло, попытался швырнуть из помещения, начал бить палкой по мне и фотоаппарату. У него была трость, средних лет мужик. Причем рюкзак остался в зале. Я потребовал не трогать меня руками и вернуть вещи, он швырнул мне рюкзак. Тетка с моим паспортом подскочила отдать документы и закричала про провокацию и что я хочу сорвать выборы. Менты, а их там было человек 5 сидели молча. На этом участке наблюдатели сидят в километре от урны. Именно что от них до урны целый коридор. Мужик с палкой начал меня преследовать и махать палкой и я решил уйти. Он агрессивно шел за мной до двери где сказал «увижу тебя здесь еще раз — сверну шею». На этом я вышел из здания.
Дополнительная информация: до того как я достал камеру, но после того как показал второй документ (от сми) этот же мужик сказал мне что тут уже один был такой до меня кого не пустили от партии, а потом он показал бумагу от сми и его выгнали. Это все.
