Вот вроде я давно в социальной "теме", но в очередной раз столкнулся с проблемой, которую не в силах решить...
Гулял утром с детьми. Замерзли. Пошли греться в [club88705119|Bengel] на Измайловском, купили булочек, горячий шоколад, раф... Спустя несколько минут в кафе зашел бездомный на костылях и вежливо попросил о возможности посидеть в уголке, погреться. Вполне приличного вида, немного с "душком", но на вид трезвый. Получил от администратора отказ - "вы мешаете посетителям". А из посетителей - только я с детьми. Говорю - мне молодой человек ни сколечко не мешает. Администратор - все равно в отказ. Купил для бездомного кофе, спросил, был ли он в [club239781|Ночлежке] - говорит не дойти, мол нога сломана. К сожалению у меня не было с собой листовок, на словах рассказал про "Культурную прачечную" (https://vk.com/nochlezhka_spb?w=page-239781_53083823), сидим. Приезжает охранная фирма, начинает его выгонять. Я снова: На каком основании? Кофе то продали (значит это не отказ в обслуживании) - отвечают: по просьбе администратора. Получается, что в [club88705119|Bengel] может сначала с вас деньги взять, а потом выгнать? Странная логика. Причем у самих даже благотворительная копилка на кассе стоит... На прощание успеваю договориться встретиться у моего дома, чтобы отвезти его куда-нибудь, где тепло.
Звоню ребятам из [club239781|Ночлежки], спрашиваю, что делать? И получается, что в выходные социальная служба - не работает, в [club31667402|Мальтийскую Службу Помощи] можно только по направлению (количество мест то ограничено), пункты обогрева - только с 8 вечера... А на улице -13. Сижу и не понимаю, что делать...
Друзья! Будьте чуть человечнее, проблемы могут случиться у любого, и тут даже не столь важны причины, просто не будьте равнодушны!

p.s. для владельцев [club88705119|Bengel] - не вздумайте применять репрессивных мер к администратору - она действовала исключительно в Ваших интересах и ответственность за ситуацию - тоже Ваша.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have any leaflets with me, I said in words about the “Cultural Laundry” (https://vk.com/nochlezhka_spb?w=page-239781_53083823), we’re sitting.
