В Германии с велосипедами в поездах местами та же фигня, что и в России. Никто не знает можно ли провозить велосипед в чехле в поездах ICE (как Сапсан). На центральном вокзале разные представители DB говорят прямо противоположное. В интернете тоже никто не знает и говорят разное. На деле все будет как у нас: как повезет, в зависимости от адекватности проводника.
Не понимаю как это возможно: огромный Берлин, крупнейший вокзал в Европе, важнейший железнодорожный узел в стране, где так много велосипедов, где есть велодорожки и велосипедная культура, больше ста миллионов пассажиров в год.. и никто не знает можно ли перевозить велосипеды в чехле в InterCity Express. Как будто никто из десятков миллионов велосипедистов Германии никогда не задавал этот вопрос.
У нас подобное творилось в метро. Но в Питере меньше велосипедистов, еще меньше из них имеют чехол, еще меньше хотят куда-то ехать на метро. И то, теперь у нас есть правила, разрешающие перевозку велосипеда в чехле, если он попадает под стандартные максимальные размеры багажа, и все в метро в курсе этих правил.
