Когда приезжаешь в развитые страны, узнаешь что вокруг внезапно полно инвалидов. И им там даже хорошо. В России инвалидов на улицах нет, а раз их нет на улице, то может их и вовсе нет, и тогда зачем создавать им условия? У нас в электричках нельзя сделать вот так:
When you come to developed countries, you find out that there are suddenly a lot of people with disabilities around. And they even feel good there. In Russia there are no disabled people on the streets, and since they are not on the street, then maybe they are not there at all, and then why should they create conditions?
