Полезно помнить что социальная сеть — всего лишь зеркало реальной жизни. Создается ложное впечатление, что мы здесь с вами в интернете в уютном мире разумных людей, а все проблемы — снаружи. Но и тут, и там одни и те же люди. Кто-то из вашего списка друзей коррупционер, кто-то водит пьяным.
С социальными сетями порой нужно быть аккуратным в той же степени, как и на улице. В связи с запущенными убийцей в фэйсбуке поисками, мне вспомнилась другая, не менее впечатляющая, и куда более запутанная история поисков, которая была такой же массовой 5 лет назад, и тоже многие знали человека лично. Объединяют эти истории социальные сети.

Вокруг этого строили теории, к поискам подключили весь Питер. Под конец внезапно координацию поисков сделали закрытой — появились подозрения что девушку похитили, и похитители внимательно читают группу ВКонтакте и следят за поисками (этот момент не описан в статье, но я хорошо его помню), вплоть до того что могут оттолкнуться от самого популярного варианта, и инсценировать смерть от ношпы. Девушку нашли в парке через полторы недели. Недалеко от дороги, куда ее можно было просто "подкинуть". С ношпой, но смерть наступила от переохлаждения. Через полторы недели после пропажи (в смысле, все полторы недели она была жива, так постановили медэксперты). К чему это все? ВКонтакте и Facebook — это база данных обычных людей, окружающих нас. В том числе и мерзавцев. Это не значит что надо закрывать стену, ничего не писать, и всех бояться. Но и бдительность полезно сохранять. Прочитайте историю про Женю Карпакову, для Питера это были знаковые поиски (к сожалению, с совершенно туманным печальным финалом).
