Дело не в качестве сюжета, хотя сцена с танцем в начале ("я тоже волонтер.. ..меня вдохновил ваш пример") и раскрыла карты на весь оставшийся фильм, что убило интригу. И не в скучном полностью управляемом тумане. И не в молнии, которая распространялась со скоростью полета стрелы.

Они лет 20 назад сделали это с сериалами и я опасался что это придет в кино. Создатели сериалов быстро поняли что это наркотик. А наркотик — это много денег. А чтобы гарантированно получить много денег, надо лишить дозы, усилить потребность.
Сериалы снимают сезонами. По итогам сезона сериал может быть продлен на следующий. Раньше это было следствием хорошего коммерческого результата сезона и не закладывалось в бизнес модель заранее. Кто-то делал хороший законченный по сюжету сезон, он был успешен и к нему снимали "сиквел", продолжение. Как к фильму выходит Фильм 2, Фильм 3 итд. Но со временем создатели сериалов стали закладывать в свои планы сразу несколько сезонов, заранее, еще на этапе съемки первого. Чтобы обеспечить интерес и коммерческий успех следующего сезона, история из первого сезона перестала быть законченной. Сериалы сначала перестали заканчивать сюжет в конце сезона (как если бы никаких продолжений и не планировалось), а потом перестали даже делать сюжет незавершенным (как если бы фильм был самостоятельным, но по сюжету явно предполагалось продолжение, без которого, впрочем, фильм оставался полноценным сам по себе). Сюжет просто стали рвать на середине, буквально так: в последней серии сезона случается максимальный экшен, а ровно перед развязкой действие рвется, серия кончается и вам нужно ждать год чтобы узнать чем же все закончилось. Это помогает выбить бюджет на следующий сезон. Немало сериалов так бесславно закончили свою историю: на полуслове, в самый острый момент (см. Хроники Сары Коннор, например). Это скотство. Это отношение к зрителю как к наркоману, с которого надо регулярно рубить бабла. Год ждать развязки в продолжении, без каких-либо уважительных причин.
Эта фигня пришла в кино. Или придет. Так или иначе, я специально ничего не узнавал перед походом на фильм чтобы не быть предвзятым. И я не читал книги, я шел именно на фильм, как самостоятельное произведение со своими правилами. А фильм оборвали на полуслове, в самой середине, когда я только начал входить во вкус и подумал "сейчас начнется самое интересное, до этого был разогрев" — на этой мысли я увидел титры. Это подло, также как и с сериалами. Это наркодиллерство. Я больше всего опасался что этот прием придет в кино. Голодные Игры 2 — сам по себе неполноценный фильм, сюжет обрывается в середине действия, "на полуслове". В отличие от первой части, где был толстый намек на продолжение, но фильм был полноценен. В отличие от Хоббита и Властелина Колец, про которые заранее много раз был сказано что они будут из трех частей (Властелин Колец это три толстенных книжки, а каждая часть трилогии сделана по возможности самостоятельно полноценной, причина для трех частей вполне уважительная). Как зритель, не ожидавший подвоха, я не понимаю за что я заплатил деньги. Если в кинотеатре в середине фильма выключается свет, деньги за билет возвращают, а здесь не вернули. И это опасная тенденция, начало которой вполне могут положить Голодные Игры. Ко всем успешным экшен-фильмам выходит продолжение. Значит ничто не мешает при съемке первого фильма сразу учитывать следующий. Даже если бюджета на него еще нет. Как и в сериалах, можно обрывать все фильмы в кино на полуслове, предлагая придти на вторую часть. Потом на третью, четвертую, и так пока фильму не откажут в бюджете, а история так и останется недосказанной. Дома я никогда не начинаю смотреть фильм, если знаю что придется прерваться. Я люблю полноценное впечатление от фильма, от начала до конца. Фильмы в кино рискуют превратиться в бесконечные сериалы. С экономической точки зрения это выгодно, а Голливуд фильмы снимает прежде всего для больших денег. Надеюсь, я ошибаюсь и этого не произойдет.
Справедливости ради, за две недели отношение к фильму изменилось. Чтобы скомпенсировать испытанную в кино подлость, я начал читать книжку, сразу с третьей части. И выяснил что это не создатели фильма жадные и плохие, а автор книги прервала вторую книгу ровно на том же месте, где и фильм. И несмотря на то что в результате может пострадать киноиндустрия, обвинять в этом создателей фильма несправедливо, это была не их идея. Хотя снять две книги в одном фильме ничто не мешало, второй фильм длится всего 140 (узнав длительность, я таки подозревал серьезный подвох). Автор книги оказалась настолько жадной до денег, что в продолжении первой книги без всякой фантазии просто повторила проверенный пр

Series are filmed in seasons. At the end of the season, the series can be extended to the next. Previously, this was the result of a good commercial result of the season and was not laid down in advance in the business model. Someone made a good season-end plot, he was successful and they shot a sequel to him, continued. How the film comes out of Film 2, Film 3, etc. But over time, the creators of the series began to lay in their plans for several seasons at once, in advance, even at the stage of shooting the first. To ensure the interest and commercial success of the next season, the story from the first season ceased to be complete. The series first stopped ending the plot at the end of the season (as if no sequels were planned), and then stopped even making the plot incomplete (as if the film was independent, but the plot clearly meant a continuation, without which, however, the film remained full by oneself). The plot simply began to be torn in the middle, literally like this: in the last episode of the season, the maximum action happens, and exactly before the denouement, the action is torn, the series ends and you need to wait a year to find out how it all ended. This helps to clear the budget for the next season. Many TV series have ended their story so ingloriously: half a word, at the most acute moment (see Sarah Connor Chronicles, for example). This is bestiality. This is the attitude to the viewer as a drug addict, from whom you must regularly chop dough. A year to wait for a denouement in the sequel, without any good reason.
This bullshit came to the cinema. Or will come. One way or another, I deliberately did not recognize anything before going to the film so as not to be biased. And I did not read the book, I went to the film, as an independent work with its own rules. And the film was cut short in the middle, in the very middle, when I just started to get a taste and thought "now the fun will begin, before that there was a warm-up" - on this thought I saw the credits. This is mean, as well as with TV shows. This is drug dealing. I was most afraid that this technique would come to the cinema. The Hunger Games 2 - in itself an inferior film, the plot ends in the middle of the action, "half a word". Unlike the first part, where there was a thick hint of continuation, but the film was full. Unlike the Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings, about which it was said many times in advance that they will be of three parts (The Lord of the Rings is three thick books, and each part of the trilogy is made as complete as possible independently, the reason for the three parts is quite valid). As a spectator who did not expect a trick, I do not understand why I paid the money. If the light turns off in the cinema in the middle of the film, money for the ticket is returned, but not returned here. And this is a dangerous trend, the beginning of which the Hunger Games may well begin. All successful action films are followed by a sequel. And despite the fact that the film industry may suffer as a result, blaming the filmmakers for this is unfair, it was not their idea. Although there was nothing stopping making two books in one film, the second film lasts only 140 (having recognized the duration, I still suspected a serious catch). The author of the book turned out to be so greedy for money that in the continuation of the first book without any imagination she simply repeated the tried and tested
