Студия Лебедева закрывает свое легендарное кафе в Москве. О том что у оффлайновых проектов Лебедева дела плохо я в частных разговорах говорил давно, это было очевидно по динамике: сначала исчезли все магазины с их товарами, потом стали закрываться собственные кафе в Питере и Москве, а потом и франшизные кофейни практически исчезли — осталось лишь несколько точек в Москве, часть из которых в офисах и недоступна извне. Последним признаком конца было то что в кафе резко подняли цены, я аж меню от удивления сфотографировал. Цезарь с курицей за 450 рублей.
Все лето в кафе Лебедева я буквально каждый раз встречал крупного мужчину, которого местные называли шеф. По всей видимости это был то ли администратор, то ли совладелец кафе. Шеф каждый раз разводил бурную деятельность и требовал к себе особого внимания, сотрудники вокруг него крутились так, как будто это министр. Это было суетливо и не очень приятно, как будто ты не гость в кафе, а посторонний наблюдатель за чужими внутренними процессами. Из-за этого тоже были мысли что у кафе, вероятно, не все в порядке.
И все же все последние приезды в Москву (а этим летом их было много) я заходил в это кафе. Потому что там по-питерски уютно. Потому что там самый лучший в мире ягодный морс. Серьезно, я очень много где пробовал морс, и никто не в состоянии найти этот идеальный баланс между составом ягод, сладостью и кислинкой. В кафе Лебедева был именно такой, я даже специально проезжал на электросамокате мимо них только чтобы купить этот морс. Ну и конечно трубочки со сгущенкой и кофе.
Легендарное место, которое задало тренд всем новым заведениям, по сути первая "хипстерская" в хорошем смысле кофейня своего времени. Сейчас таких мест в Петербурге миллион. А где найти такое же приятное место в Москве я не знаю, подскажите. Я приезжал в кафе Лебедева когда мне нужно было скоротать в Москве несколько часов. Я мог там сидеть и работать с ноутбуком, в тишине и почти без людей, в приятном уютном полумраке и с хорошим кофе. Куда за этим ехать теперь я не знаю, подскажите.
В честь закрытия в лавке и кафе Лебедева скидка 15% на все товары, а само кафе работает до конца месяца. Хорошее было место.

Lebedev Studio closes its legendary cafe in Moscow. Each time, the chef was engaged in violent activity and demanded special attention, the employees revolved around him as if he were a minister. It was fussy and not very pleasant, as if you were not a guest in a cafe, but an outside observer of other people's internal processes. Because of this, there were also thoughts that the cafe was probably not all right.
And yet, all the recent visits to Moscow (and this summer there were many) I went to this cafe. Because it’s cozy in St. Petersburg. Because there is the best berry fruit in the world. Seriously, I tried a lot of fruit drinks where, and no one is able to find this perfect balance between the composition of berries, sweetness and sourness. It was just like that in Lebedev’s cafe; I even specially rode past them on an electric scooter just to buy this fruit drink. And of course, the tubes with condensed milk and coffee.
The legendary place that set the trend for all new establishments is essentially the first “hipster” coffee shop of its time in a good sense. Now there are a million such places in St. Petersburg. And I don’t know where to find the same pleasant place in Moscow, tell me. I came to Lebedev's cafe when I needed to pass a few hours in Moscow. I could sit there and work with a laptop, in silence and almost without people, in a pleasant cozy twilight and with good coffee. Where to go now I don’t know, tell me.
In honor of the closure in the shop and cafe Lebedev, a 15% discount on all goods, and the cafe itself is open until the end of the month. It was a good place.
