Сегодня уже четвертый день с момента выборов и много где до сих пор не введены результаты подсчетов голосов. А где-то уже введены переписанные. Многообразие происходящего поражает воображение. Это, блин, натурально захват власти. Почему-то об этом на удивление мало пишут, может быть потому что не воспринимают муниципальный уровень всерьез. Самый смешной кейс это где сначала "пересчитали" результаты, но голосов для кандидата от ЕР все равно не хватило, и они пересчитали еще раз: https://twitter.com/max_katz/status/1171381067061837825?s=19
Важное уточнение: слово "пересчитали" здесь не означает что сначала было неправильно, а потом решили уточнить. Ровно наоборот. На таких участках это происходило примерно одинаково: комиссии не ожидали победы яблочных кандидатов и поэтому по большей части первый раз считали честно. Потом они офигели от результатов, но при этом результаты уже были зафиксированы наблюдателями, в том числе на камеры и в большинстве мест в протоколах. И вот тогда начались "пересчеты" в результате которых у нужных кандидатов вдруг появлялись сотни новых голосов. Поверьте моему многолетнему опыту работы на выборах, ошибиться на _сотни_ голосов при подсчете невозможно. Обычно ненамеренная ошибка это единицы голосов, в самом худшем случае пара десятков, но это уже совсем критическая ситуация. Разница в 100+ голосов это всегда фальсификация, либо при первом подсчете, либо при повторном. А по ссылке выше 42 голоса превратились в 341. Так не бывает.
