In #JamesBond style, Terry smuggled himself and his team in on military cargo planes and became one of the first twelve non-Russians to visit and work in Omsk in the seventy-four years from the end of the Russian Revolution to the end of Communism. Participants in the seminars included #Russian Generals, #KGB Bosses, #PoliticalLeaders, #teachers and students. The entrepreneurial Terry creates. He's made a lot of money, lost a lot of money, and says it was an amazing ride both ways as he racked up a huge variety of experiences. He started in business at fifteen, designing and manufacturing the first rocker style track hurdles, invented by internationally famous track coach Bill Bowerman, co-founder of #Nike. After a degree in economics and finance from #StanfordUniversity, he joined the #Grammy award winning New Christy Minstrels band as their original banjo player. His business ventures after graduation in 1964 included membership in the Million Dollar Real Estate Sales Club, a real estate development and construction firm, ownership in TV stations, a satellite cable business, a mobile home sales and service company and a video production company. And in between, he found time to be a whitewater rafting guide and a ski instructor. Today he gives seminars and talks around the world (ninety-nine countries so far) for groups of 50 – 15,000 participants; produces, designs and facilitates leadership trainings for organizations and the general public; and coaches executives and high performing individuals, or those who want to be.
