Будущие войны — не за энергоносители, а уже за воду. Какие люди потребуются для решения этих сложных проблем? Раб не может решить их, он боится и никогда не возьмет на себя ответственность решать сложные проблемы: под козырек — и все. Будут нужны люди внутренне свободные, но способные к аскезе, как говорят церковные люди, к самоограничениям. Таким образом, стратегия воспитания — это скоординированный рост свободы и ответственности человека. Не надо путать свободу и вольность. Вольность — это когда вольному — воля, пьяному рай. Иван Грозный вольничал. Какой-нибудь охранник в магазине, который «че хочу, то ворочу», — это никакая не свобода. Свобода всегда означает ответственность.
