ВАЖНО НЕ ТО МЕСТО, ГДЕ МЫ НАХОДИМСЯ, А НАПРАВЛЕНИЕ, В КОТОРОМ МЫ ДВИГАЕМСЯ.
Существенный момент для возможности общаться с другим человеком - это понимание, что в любом событии скрыта всегда часть глобального процесса. Поэтому суждение о сиюминутном даёт часто неправильную картину мира, непонимание конечной цели.
Так, например, во время болезни человек проходит некое кризисное состояние, за которым начинается улучшение, выздоровление. Если в этот момент посмотреть на человека, то он будет плохо выглядеть, ослаблен, истощён. Но выздоровление уже началось. И значит, в скором времени он окрепнет, посвежеет и т.д. Судить о выздоровлении надо не по состоянию в данный конкретный момент, а по тем процессам, которые протекают в его организме.
Другой пример. Архитектор спроектировал красивейшее здание. Началось строительство. На стройку привезли туристов. А там грязь, мусор, кругом строительные материалы, рабочие в спецовках и бетонный каркас будущего здания. У туристов полное разочарование. Куда их привезли? Но это всего лишь промежуточный этап строительства дома. Судить о нём можно, только видя перед глазами конечный макет здания, и убедившись, что промежуточный этап соответствует этому проекту.
Какой вывод? Многие спешат давать оценку событиям, происходящим сегодня в мире: в экономике, в политике, в образовании, в науке. Не понимая, частью какого процесса ситуация является. Оценивать надо именно процессы. Обсуждать надо цели и соответствие действий выбранным целям.
Есть хорошая фраза из восточной философии: "Нет людей - есть идеи". Когда мы называем человека либералом, то имеем в виду не его внешний вид и образ его жизни. А именно идеи, которые он проповедует, которых он придерживается в своей жизни. Также мы называем либеральной экономику, которая защищает произвол и безответственность участников экономической деятельности при попустительстве государства.
Если в общении с другими людьми мы будем стараться придерживаться оценки идей, процессов, то мы можем многих своих врагов и оппонентов превратить в своих друзей и сторонников. Главная фишка здесь в том, что не надо переходить на личности, не надо никого оскорблять. А это почти тоже самое, что начать уважать своего собеседника. И он будет вам благодарен за это.
