ДЕТСАДЫ ПЕРЕПОЛНЕНЫ. ЧТО ДЕЛАТЬ?

Ни для кого из родителей не секрет, что московские детские сады уплотнены до состояния метро в час пик.

Но мало кто знает, что это нарушение действующего законодательства, а именно санитарных норм. И за это даже положена административная ответственность.
⠀
Есть СанПин об организации работы в дошкольных организациях. В нем говорится, что группы детских садов должны комплектоваться из расчета площади помещений. Так на каждого ребенка в группе полагается не менее 2 квадратных метров в игровой (групповой) комнате. Такими же должны быть и спальни. А размер раздевалки - не менее 18 метров, чтобы когда дети приходили с прогулки, их одежда могла нормально просохнуть.

Между кроватями в спальнях должны быть проходы. Многоуровневые настилы (по сути нары), стоящие вплотную к стенам, запрещены.

Сейчас эти нормы площади и организации пространств повсеместно не соблюдаются. Только сейчас у меня на руках информация о нарушениях в 13 детских садах Москвы.

Ужаснее всего, что эта переполненность в итоге сказывается на полноценном развитии наших детей и их здоровье, служит причиной массовых заболеваний ОРВИ. Не говоря уже о чрезмерной нагрузке на воспитателей в детских садах, которым приходится следить за тридцатью детьми одновременно.

Эту проблему своей градостроительной политикой создали московские власти - вместо того, чтобы открывать новые сады, они застраивают каждый квадратный сантиметр города жилыми комплексами. Ведь это чиновникам намного выгодней.

Проблема масштабна. И, чтобы потребовать ее системного решения, я собираю информацию о нарушениях в детских садах.

Если группы в ваших детских садах переполнены, дети спят на кроватях-настилах и, в целом, санитарные нормы не соблюдаются, пишите мне на почту contact@soboll.ru. Я помогу вам подать официальную жалобу. Будем вместе добиваться прекращения постоянного уплотнения детских садов. Сделаем так, чтобы здоровье наших детей не страдало из-за коррумпированных чиновников.

It is not a secret to any of the parents that Moscow kindergartens are condensed to the state of the metro at rush hour.

But few people know that this is a violation of applicable law, namely sanitary standards. And for this even administrative responsibility is laid.
⠀
There is SanPin about the organization of work in preschool organizations. It says that groups of kindergartens should be completed based on the area of the premises. So for each child in the group relies not less than 2 square meters in the playroom (group) room. The bedrooms should be the same. And the size of the dressing room is at least 18 meters, so that when the children come from a walk, their clothes can dry out normally.

There should be walkways between the beds in the bedrooms. Multilevel flooring (essentially bunk), standing close to the walls, is prohibited.

Now these norms of area and organization of spaces are not universally respected. Only now I have information on violations in 13 kindergartens in Moscow.

The most terrible thing is that this overcrowding ultimately affects the full development of our children and their health, and causes massive SARS diseases. Not to mention the excessive load on teachers in kindergartens, who have to monitor thirty children at the same time.

This problem was created by the Moscow authorities in their urban planning policy - instead of opening new gardens, they build up every square centimeter of the city with residential complexes. After all, this is much more profitable for officials.

The problem is widespread. And, to demand a systemic solution, I collect information about violations in kindergartens.

I will help you file a formal complaint. Together we will seek to end the constant compaction of kindergartens. We will make sure that the health of our children does not suffer due to corrupt officials.
