Сегодня будут заслуженные фанфары ????, руководство будет говорить высокие слова в адрес выпускников⛄ , но есть основания для тягостных мыслей…..
Для меня как выпускника филиала, патриота МГУ и специалиста, проработавшего после защиты диссертации 9 лет, события последнего времени вызывают большую озабоченность за Филиал и опасения за его будущее.????
Все знают, что пол года назад у нас сменился директор ???? и события, следующие за этим решением вызывают большую тревогу...
Вот некоторые аргументы и факты произошедшие за это короткое время (ОЧЕНЬ прошу дочитать до конца): ????
????руководство в лице директора Шпырко О.А и куратора из Москвы Соколова М.Э ????вынудили покинуть свои рабочие места замечательных специалистов, развивающих филиал и искренне и профессионально работающих со студентами. Конюкова Ксения Анатольевна [id287163362|Ксения Конюкова] была лучшим организатором филиала, работала со студентами по 24 часа в сутки????♂, ежемесячно в Филиале были организованы десятки интересных мероприятий, студенты чувствовали ее любовь❤ и вместе создавали атмосферу единства. Ее вынудили уйти.????
Сорокина Екатерина Ивановна * katerinapavlenko с энтузиазмом развивала онлайн обучение в филиале МГУ. Но осознав то, что руководство в этом не заинтересовано, ???? ушла и теперь успешно развивает проекты в другом высшем учебном заведении. И многие другие покинули Филиал, с начала года более 30 человек уволилось ????♂ из Филиала, многие из них РЕАЛЬНО хотели и могли его развивать, но у руководства видимо другие планы…..
????по положению МГУ студенты должны ежемесячно получать надбавки к стипендиям ????, этого нет. Сотрудники филиала практически всегда раз в несколько месяцев получали минимальные премии????, работающим на полные ставки надо кормить семьи, но этого тоже нет. Стимулирующих надбавок тоже никто не видел.
???? в течение нескольких месяцев кафедры не обеспечиваются минимальными условиями работы, такими как канцелярские принадлежности и даже бумагу кафедры закупают за свой счет. Это нонсенс, а деньги на это выделяются, но куда они идут ????♂?
????НО БОЛЬШЕЕ за последнее время недоумение вызвал прошедший на днях Ученый совет???? (коллегиальный орган, решающий продлевать сотрудникам контракт или нет и на какой срок).
Руководство филиала поставило задачу коллективно выступить против ⛔руководства кафедры УПРАВЛЕНИЯ в моем лице (руководитель образовательной программы «Государственное и муниципальное управление» и Дадашева Б.А, профессора и доктора экономических наук (РУП по направлению «менеджмент»). Голосование было тайное. Понимая, что есть сговор????❤???????? и в решение будет против всей кафедры управления, директор потребовал (в общем то незаконно) всех сдать мобильные телефоны (нонсенс для преподавателей высшей школы). При этом ВСЕГДА за основу берется решение кафедры и заведующего. И тут оно было полностью вразрез……
⛔Дадашеву Б.А не продлили контракт…. При этом Шпырко О.А не смущают не только вопросы этического характера, что у него 5 лет до пенсии и он вложил много сил в развитие Филиала, но и простой вопрос – А КТО БУДЕТ УЧИТЬ СТУДЕНТОВ и читать 7 дисциплин общим объемом около 600 часов??⚠ Это нонсенс и парадокс, еще раз обосновывающий, что учебный процесс в общем то и не важен для руководства Филиала…
⚠По поводу меня у руководства тоже была четкая задача, чтобы я УШЕЛ ????♂, но у кого - то из Ученого совета совесть сыграла???? и я получил общие 13 голосов (минимальный порог для прохождения). ⚠⚠Так же голосовали против всей кафедры управления, что кроме как СГОВОРОМ назвать нельзя. Помимо прочего, плохо в этом то, что по факту это создает атмосферу недоверия☠и подозрительности ????в коллективе, что противоречит разумной цели на сплочение коллектива филиала и работу над ОБЩИМИ задачами.
⚠Направление подготовки "Государственное и муниципальное управление" Филиала МГУ является одной из наиболее востребованным со стороны абитуриентов, а успех наших выпускников???? – подтверждение факта получения качественного образования. Мы единственные, кто самостоятельно и за свой счет сделали ремонт в 2 аудиториях филиала????(таких примеров в филиале больше нет). И все это потому что для нас это больше чем работа, а развитие наших студентов – основная цель! ❤❤❤
Друзья, мы не опускаем руки и не допустим развал филиала, попустительства и интриг руководства! Ждем поддержки всех неравнодушных сотрудников, выпускников.????
