Пострадавшая семья выиграла суд у "Московского школьника" и получит компенсацию в 50 тыс рублей
Важные новости! Уже в третий раз суды признали факт отравления детей в детских садах Москвы. Сначала мы вместе с 21 семьей, в которых дети были заражены дизентерией во время нахождения в детском саду, выиграли суд у поставщиков питания "Конкорд" и "Вито-1".
А на прошлой неделе прошли заседания по еще двум схожим делам. Ответчиками по ним были компании "Комбинат дошкольного питания" и "Московский школьник", которые СМИ связывают с Евгением Пригожиным. "КДП" поставлял питание в сад из ЮАО Москвы, там дети массово заболели дизентерией в начале 2018 года, а "Московский школьник" - в сад в Бабушкинском районе Москвы, где в 2017 году дети были заражены в 7 группах из 10-ти (карточка дела: https://www.mos-gorsud.ru/rs/babushkinskij/services/cases/civil/details/ae2e7cc9-4eac-46b8-b444-3d6e49501e69?participants=Литовкина)
Я помогала родителям не только информационно, но и как юрист. И если в первой инстанции мы суд против "Московского школьника" проиграли, то добились изменения решения в пользу пострадавшей семьи уже в Мосгорсуде: 30 января Мосгорсуд не только признал факт заражения детей, но и присудил двум пострадавшим детям (тяжелая и среднетяжелые формы заболевания) компенсацию в 50 тыс рублей.
Вместе с тем, не могу не напомнить, что именно компания "Московский школьник" всеми правдами и неправдами пыталась взыскать с меня, Навального и ФБК 1,5 млрд рублей за ролик на "Навальный LIVE" об антисанитарии, которая царит на производстве детского питания. В итоге требования компании удовлетворили на 88 млн рублей якобы из-за упущенной выгоды в связи с расторгнутыми договоренностями по контракту, что абсолютно абсурдно и незаконно.
Вот такая ситуация получается на настоящий момент: компании-признанные отравители детей, связанные по данным СМИ с "поваром Путина" Пригожиным, выплатят пострадавшим семьям компенсации всего по 10-15-25 тыс рублей, но вместе с тем требуют с расследователей отравлений аж 88 млн! Невиданная наглость.

And if in the first instance we lost the court against the “Moscow schoolboy”, then we made a decision in favor of the injured family already in the Moscow City Court: on January 30, the Moscow City Court not only recognized the fact that the children were infected, but awarded two injured children (severe and moderate forms of the disease) compensation 50 thousand rubles.
At the same time, I can’t help but recall that it was Moscow Schoolboy that tried to recover from me, Navalny and FBK 1.5 billion rubles for a clip on Navalny LIVE about the unsanitary conditions prevailing in the production of baby food. As a result, the company’s requirements were satisfied for 88 million rubles, allegedly due to lost profits in connection with the terminated agreement under the contract, which is absolutely absurd and illegal.
This is the situation at the moment: companies recognized as poisoners of children associated with the “Putin cook” Prigozhin, according to media reports, will pay compensation to the affected families for only 10-15-25 thousand rubles, but at the same time they demand from the investigators poisoning as much as 88 million ! Unexpected impudence.
Now we have filed a complaint against this decision for 88 million rubles and we will defend our innocence already in the court of second instance.
