ТЕХНИКА «СВЕТОФОР» (Дети)
Делюсь очень классной техникой выстраивания отношений с подростками.
Все легко и просто - светофор!
«Красный свет - дороги нет,
Желтый свет - готовься к пути,
А зелёный свет - кати!»
Это стихотворение мне всегда рассказывала моя бабушка! Какая она была мудрая женщина!
Итак, берём лист бумаги и чертим три колонки! В первой колонке красная «шапка», во второй - желтая, а в третьей зелёная.
Сначала заполняем зелёную колонку - что ребёнок может делать самостоятельно, затем красную - что он не может делать сам, что под контролем родителей.
И жёлтая колонка экспериментальная! Сюда вписываем то, что временно ребёнок делает сам, под свою ответственность. С ее помощью мы поймём, дорос ребёнок или нет до этого самостоятельного дела.
Далее анализ, если ребёнок справился с этим сам (достаточно два-три дня эксперимента), то «дело» идёт в зелёную колонку. Если нет, то пока оно остаётся в красной колонке- под контролем и ответственностью родителей.
Мы решили использовать «светофор» для общения с телефоном.
