Мысль построить ещё школы и сделать условия труда учителя такими, чтобы на эту вакансию был конкурс, нашим властям в голову не приходит.
Колоссальные деньги вгрохиваются в то, чтобы наполнить школы оргтехникой. А надо установить НОРМУ на то, чтобы класс был не более 20 (прописью: ДВАДЦАТИ) человек. Тогда любой нормальный учитель добьётся нормальных результатов. А ещё должны быть классы по 10 человек. А в особо трудных случаях — по пять человек. Вот тогда заработает инклюзивное образование и заработают ФГОСы. Потому что ни в том ни в другом нет ничего плохого. Просто это не инструмент для работы с over 30 детей.
Вот когда приоритеты поменяются, тогда и будем читать слова "Россия — социальное государство" без усмешки.
