Отсутствие в системе образования логики и психологии, которую отменил Сталин, привело к ненормальной работе левого, логического и правого, психо-эмоционального полушарий. Любая саморазвивающаяся система, мозг, дабы не начинать обучение с нулевой точки, передает следующему накопленный опыт, скомпилированные, сжатые, структурированные мысли.
Отсутствие способностей передачи приводит к постоянной системе перезапуска, что, с одной стороны, дает дополнительно возможность двоированной-троированной проверки правильности формулы – системы, а с другой стороны, замедляет процесс развития, который, все-таки, идет не по прямой. Все возможные доходы с движения по прямой уже выбрали состоявшиеся финансисты, бизнесмены, политики. Все ищут формулу экспоненты, ну или хотя бы – человека, который при подбрасывании монетки угадывает из ста в 51 случае, поскольку эффективность системы состоит в увеличении КПД.
Напомню, меньше затрат - больше эффект. Любая система стремится к 100 из 100, и если все признают, что 51% против 49% - это очень круто, значит мы по ряду бизнесов и систем подошли фактически к 100% КПД! Стоимость кредитов - 1%, ипотека - 2% , доходность - 5%, эти цифры говорят, что Америка и Европа находятся на пределе КПД. Чем это опасно? При таких высоких оборотах малейшее нарушение в системе дает сбой. Например, порционное соотношение кислорода топлива в двигателе при падении на 5% приведет к падению мощности на 20%, а если бы двигатель был на 70% то падение было бы не по экспоненте, а по прямой, то есть, прямо пропорционально.
Исходя из этого, поскольку наша система в результате революции 1917, а потом 1986 года перенастраивалась, она смогла на сегодня выйти только на 25-30 % от возможного. Предполагаем, конечно, что время в данной системе бесконечно, а с этой точки зрения на всем земной шаре в итоге либо будет полная энтропия (разницы между полным хаосом и энтропией нет! Песок в стакане - что это?), либо система сама разрушится ввиду неустойчивости и высокого технологического уровня развития, который превосходит системы саморегулирования и самообучения с несовершенной тарировкой местонахождения. Либо найдет способы корректировки описанных ниже систем, причем так, чтобы это происходило быстрее, чем рост технологический вопрос.
Может ли это произойти на данный момент? Считаю, что нет! И думаю, это связано с тем, что как бы мы не пытались модернизировать - тюнинговать предыдущую систему, в ней все-таки технологии опережают психологию. Да это и естественно, ведь XX век - это механистический век, а вот XXI век – это, все-таки, век информации. То есть, это является квантовым переходом от одной системы к другой, что теоретически дает возможность за счет синхронизации мысли в Интернете синхронизировать людей. И тем самым создать новый квантовый механизм принятия решений.
В мире, в котором будут принимать участие все в мире люди, будут введены кавенанты-гандикапы: «служил или нет в армии», «сколько детей», «образование» - то есть, будет произведена правильная тарировка, в которой будет учитываться потенциал человека, его энергозатраты в данном процессе, исходя из затрат не только временных, но и скорости мышления, трудолюбия и т. д. И в итоге это должно привести к коммунизму с учетом морального общества, обладающего технологиями тарировки и анализа.

That is, this is a quantum transition from one system to another, which theoretically makes it possible to synchronize people through the synchronization of thoughts on the Internet. And thereby create a new quantum decision-making mechanism.
