Рейдерство - постыднейшее явление современной Украины от которого страдают и украинские, и иностранные инвесторы. В нынешних реалиях защита от рейдерства - комбинация юридических, информационных, охранных, пиар и контр-пиар действий.
Со-организовали и провели пресс-конференцию с руководством компании Пак-Экспо Лизинг, столкнувшейся с попыткой захвата предприятия (это производитель колпачков для ПЭТ-бутылок занимающий 25% долю на отечественном рынке).
В случае возникновения подобных случаев (попыток рейдерских захватов) на Вашем предприятии, - рекомендую не договариваться с рейдерствующими и их крышующими, а актуализировать проблему в том числе через публичное общение как с прессой, так и с представителями власти.

In the event of such cases (attempts of raider seizures) at your enterprise, I recommend not to negotiate with the raiders and their roofs, but to update the problem, including through public communication with both the press and government representatives.
