Шаблон таблицы Google для управленческого учёта
Меня ужасает каждый месяц что-то там считать. А сколько денег мы заработали? А сколько у нас есть? А кому мы должны? А мне тут срочно 20 тысяч рублей на стоматолога нужно — если я сниму, мы в кассовый разрыв не попадём?
Поэтому с первого дня создания агентства я заморочился с управленческим учётом. Сначала пользовался «Финологом», а потом надоело платить 3000 рублей в месяц и сделал свою систему в «Таблицах».
Таблица считает рентабельность проектов, выручку и прибыль, баланс на счетах, составляет простые отчёты, прогнозирует кассовый разрыв. Нужно только вручную вносить все платежи, интеграции с банками нет. У нас платежей не так много, парочку в день можно и руками добавить.
