Арабские Эмираты против Европы: налоги, банковская система, и команда.
Сейчас многие бизнеснемы, имеющие бизнес в Европе, начали активно приглядываться к ОАЭ и открывать там компании. Вот мы и решили провести мини исследование, чтобы понять, стоит ли российскому бизнесу смотреть в данном направлении.
Итак, приступим:
- Налоги
Налогов в Эмиратах нет, или почти нет. Только в начале этого года впервые ввели НДС. В размере 5%, просто «чтобы был», потому что международное налоговое законодательство требует. В Европе налоги могут достигать 60%.
- Банки
Все, у кого сейчас есть счета в Европе, на Кипре, Прибалтике мучаются, т.к. их счета блокируют, а информацию о средствах передают странам, где они являются гражданами, и, сами понимаете, что потом следует.
В ОАЭ таких проблем нет. Если ты являешься резидентом ОАЭ - то информацию о твоем банковском счете не имеют права передать стране, в которой у тебя гражданство. Поэтому многие российские миллионеры спят здесь спокойно.
- Команда
Оказалось, что в Арабских Эмиратах всего 11,5% коренного арабского населения. Множество молодых людей со всего мира с горящими глазами едут в Эмираты, чтобы сделать карьеру. Виза делается от 2 недель до 1 месяца, в Европе минимум 3 месяца. Здесь работодатель может легко, как нанять, так и уволить сотрудника: уведомление за месяц и небольшая финансовая компенсация (в Европе это же может тянутся годами).
Когда мы узнали все эти факты об Эмиратах, захотелось поговорить с человеком, владеющим успешным бизнесом «посреди пустыни».
Мы взяли интервью у женщины, владелицы компании My Business Consulting DMCC, Kamelia Allow, которая живет в Эмиратах более двадцати лет.
