Несмотря на то, что я до сих пор уверена: The National - не фестивальная группа и смотреть их нужно сольником, отрицать факт их Хайнекеновской убер-крутизны нельзя - весь сет в 16 треков от первого аккорда до последнего - был фееричен. И то, что первоначальный план не стоять на Нэшнл в первых рядах был забыт и невыполнен, меня только радует)
А вот мое самое яркое воспоминание от концерта. Не Afraid Of Everyone, Conversation 16 или Fake Empire как я ожидала, а, внезапно, Squalor Victoria. Зацепило и не отпускает.

Despite the fact that I’m still sure: The National is not a festival group and you need to watch them with a solo album, you can’t deny the fact of their Heineken uber-coolness - the whole set of 16 tracks from the first chord to the last was enchanting. And the fact that the original plan not to stand on National in the forefront was forgotten and unfulfilled, I am only happy)
