Siamese twins dream of breaking out of the city, where there is no way out - even for money. A pregnant girl with a prosthesis instead of her arm is hiding from the ruthless Birth Control Service. The boy, to save his loved ones, goes on a dangerous journey along the mysterious Strip. A mysterious man with a sickle declares himself the new Messiah and judges people - by very strange methods.
