Что вы еще не знаете, так это то, что в Тюмени у нас забрали посылку с футболками — «проверять на экстремизм». И вот это уже складывается в единую картинку.
Понимаете, пока они забирали газеты и листовки, можно было еще говорить о том, что это грязная, но политическая технология. «Помурыжить» тираж, написав заявление — так делают всякие «политтехнологи» на местечковых выборах с утра до ночи. Но футболки, тем более ноутбуки — это уже другое.
Это, конечно, пресловутое «ресурсное изматывание». У нас все что есть — это несколько десятков миллионов рублей, полученных краудфандингом. Для них — и десятки миллиардов не деньги, плюс бесконечный бесплатный ресурс силовиков и прочих сотрудников администраций. Для нас — 80 тысяч рублей, которые стоили красноярские ноутбуки или 30 тысяч рублей, которые стоили тюменские футболки — большие деньги; для них — это лишь «бесплатное» время пары десятков сотрудников полиции.
Они прекрасно понимают, что выиграть в прямом ресурсном противостоянии мы не можем. Поэтому они пытаются нам его навязать.
И в это смысле — ничего нового.
Много где — кажется, лучше всего в книжке Зыгаря — описаны события 2002-2003 годов, начало первого дела Юкоса. За что посадили Ходорковского? За то, что у него а) было много денег, б) он их тратил на политику, в) тратил как считал нужным. Сочетание пунктов а-в и представляет собой главное «преступление» с точки зрения Владимира Путина и его системы. Почему? Да потому что Путин отлично помнит, как он сам стал президентом: его, бледную моль, никому не известного неудачника из захолустной резидентуры КГБ, сделали президентом большие деньги. Березовский, Гусинский, контроль над СМИ и огромные вложения в раскрутку. Этот урок был выучен отлично. Поэтому, лишь придя к власти, Путин сначала расправился с неподконтрольным телевидением, и следом — преподал урок всем тем, кто тратил на политику большие деньги. Ресурсы в политику имеет право вкладывать только Кремль; всем остальным — нельзя. Поэтому, на всякий случай, всех остальных Путин решил ограбить.
И вот, прошло 15 лет — но старого пса новым трюкам не научишь. Мы научились собирать пусть и небольшие, но неподконтрольные Кремлю деньги и вкладывать их в политическую деятельность — значит, нас надо грабить.
В этом — понятная политическая программа, в этом — неизменный месседж президента Путина: «Я заберу ваши деньги, потому что мне виднее, как ими распорядиться». Это его конструктивная повестка.
